For the KA Series of linear encoder from our company, every ruler has passed through the strict quality measure technology dynamic laser control is used to ensure that the precision of every ruler has met the required standard before being deliveried from the factory.

KA series, KA-300 is the most commonly used standard ruler (TTL electric level), KA-200, KA-500 is a super-miniature thin ruler(respective 16×16mm, 20×18mm), it facilitates the use in somenarrow places and the installation of special purpose measuring instrument.

As to KA-700, it is a newest product designed especiallly for uses of oil pressure systems and in some spaces where installation is very difficult. KA-800M is a new product that can be connectable for length purpose, the max length can be loom. The appearance of KA-800M will further broaden the application field of Digital Display devices.

Another two models, KA-NC100 and KA-NC 1000 are newly developed CNC machine tool feedback linear encoder. They send out the signals according to the industrial standard EIA-422-A, with a resolution of 0.1μm. The maximum traversing speed is 2m/s and the supply voltage is DC 5V. They are widely used in CNC machine toos. Actually, they have been the pioneer with such technical specifications in China.
